Parts purchased will comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and be of Satisfactory Quality unless specified at the time of sale ·Engines and gearboxes are sold on exchange basis or a surcharge of 50% will apply. ·Deposits are non refundable and are valid for 28 days only ·Parts will carry a minimum guarantee of 60 days and only parts shown on your invoice/receipt are covered by the guarantee/warranty. Please be aware this guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights: ·Engines are supplied as head block sump only any ancillaries if available such as water pump,fuel injectors diesel pump ,cam belt etc are given free of charge and are not covered by this guarantee. . All engines and gearboxes MUST be fitted with new oil & oil filter from manufacture. . Cam belts / chains etc MUST BE fitted by a vat registered garage/mechanic. Failure to follow this will result in the warranty being void. .In any instance of a refund/exchange invices will need to be provided for all aformentioned terms. ·Our Guarantee covers parts only.It does not cover any labour charges or from any fault arising from the fitting of this part. We will refund the price of the part in full but will not pay for any fitting charges. It is your responsibility to check that any part(s) supplied is correct prior to fitting. ·Engines and gearboxes must be fitted with new oil/ filter and cam belts/chains etc failure to follow this will result in warranty being void ·All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit. any goods damaged must be refused and we must be contacted. Any damaged goods signed for as "goods received in good condition" will not be refunded. ·Items collected from site and returned as they are not needed and you have specified the item and then realised you have purchased the wrong goods are subject to a restocking charge at the managers discretion otherwise no refund will be given as goods have been supplied as requested in person ·Cancellation rights end seven working days after the you have returned mail order goods and are subject to a restocking charge. ·All items are marked with company initials and are security marked if they have been tampered with or removed your warranty is void and the goods will not be accepted for return. ·Goods which have been supplied and are incorrect shall be replaced if no replacement is available a refund will be issued.
