- No warranty will be honoured unless proof is shown that the engine was fitted with a new cam belt, oil and filter at time of installation, this must be carried out by a VAT registered garage and proof of installation will be required in the event of a warranty claim.
- We will not warranty the engine if failure or damage is caused directly or indirectly as a result of any of the following:
- Incorrect installation or poor workmanship
- Fault or failure of an ancillary component such as, alternator, turbo, radiator, fuel injection system, water pump, cam belt, coolant, gaskets, hoses.
- As a result of malicious damage
- As a result of fire or theft
- As a result of lack of coolant or lubricant
- We do not warranty gaskets or seals - if for example the head gasket fails and the engine overheats, the warranty does not cover this.
- The warranty is void if any parts have been removed, stripped down, tampered with or modified other than to allow fitment of a new cam belt & oil filter.
