RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT - WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF THIS ALONG WITH A VALID REASON WITHIN 2-3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS TO PROCESS THE RETURNS. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS OF RETURNING THE ITEM IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED. ITEM NOT AS DESRCRIBED ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT IF THE BUYER RECEIVES ITEM(S) THAT ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED. FAULTY GOODS IF WE SELL AN ITEM THAT TURNS OUT TO BE FAULTY OR TURNS FAULTY IN THE FIRST 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT (30 DAYS IF SPECIFIED AS GUARANTEE ON THE LISTING), BUYER WILL HAVE TO ARRANGE THE COLLECTION & DELIVERY OF THE ITEM(S) TO US AND WE WILL SEND OUT A REPLACEMENT IF IN STOCK OR ISSUE A FULL REFUND INCLUDING ANY CARRIAGE COSTS INCURRED. AT TIMES WE MAY ONLY REPLACE THE ITEM OF THE SAME TYPE IF WE HAVE A SPARE IN STOCK. IF THE PACKAGING IS TAMPERED WITH, THEN YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.
ALL ITEMS BEING DELIVERED BY THE COURIER MUST BE CHECKED AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY. THE DRIVER HAS TO ALLOW 10 MINUTES CHECKING TIME AS PER THE COURIER POLICY. ALL DELIVERY DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED ON THE SAME DAY AS DELIVERY. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS MADE AFTER 2 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ITEM BY THE CUSTOMER.
