TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Engines & Gearboxs have a 30 day guarantee. All Engines & Gearboxs must be installed by RMI aprroved workshop. 2. There is no guarantee on body parts, lights, tyres and electrical parts. 3. 3S Auto Spares will not be liable for any form of lost costs arising from the sale of any of its products. This includes freight, fuel and labor. 4. Handling Fee: If parts are ordered incorrectly, 3S Auto Spares reserves the right to charge a 20% handling fee on good returned. If no sample or part number is provided by the customer there will be no refund. Parts returned must be returned in the condition that they where sold. If a returned item has been tampered with or opened, a refund will not be provided. 5.The customer must have the part fitted within 7 days of purchase and returned within this time frame. Failure to have the part fitted within this specified time frame will void any guarantee assosicated with the part.
